My weight was 63.4kg before i was diagnosed with typhoid... Now its 60-60.4kg. I feel weak and thin. My muscle seem to all gone. I dont know how to gain weight as before. Is it normal to lose weight like this? Im so worried please guide me how to i gain my weight back?
