Can I take Diamox tablet (altitude sickness) after taking Vasograin (migraine headache) tablet, as I'm in high altitude region?

I frequently suffer from cold and cough..I feel weak with this repeated cycle..plesse suggest how to improve on same . I also have my TSH as 5.41 and is taking thyronorm 12.5 mcg, I am also suffering from muscular pain.

I am having severe headache (right side ) post chickenpox treatment. I got chickenpox diagnosed on 26th Sep and got admitted in the hospital from 29 Sep till 2 Oct. for good 1 week I had high fever. I am better on chickenpox treatment but this headache is severe. Please suggest.

I had dengue 18 days ago.I had taken a lot of sour fruits and consumed a little more food food.I have pain in upper abdomen for 3 - 4 days.I take medicines for diabetes,hypertension,cholesteral.I did cbc yesterday.I have attached the reports.I had also done LFT during dengue which I have attached.Abnormalities on the cbc report are wbc - 14800 ,neutrophils 84 lymphocyte 12.Abnormalities on lft are sgpt 68 sgot 76.
