Morning after wake up I felt like vomit I tried Vomiting but nothing came out but suddenly I tried vomit with pressure some Yellow mucus Like yellow acid with some blood has come out but I didn't vomit any food I tried to vomit forcefully will it come blood with forcefully? My husband diagnosed with dengue on 1st day of fever, that day platelet count was 2 lacs. Today on 6th day of diagnosis, the platelet count has fallen to 71 k , but he is not having any severe symptoms, no fever,no vomit, no bodyache, no headache , weakness. Sleeps properly at night No rash. He is eating kiwi, papaya leaf extract, papaya, coconut water, half chapati and boiled dal. My question is ,why is his platelets falling approximately 35 k everyday? Please help , I am bothered.

The patient has been feeling dizzy and nausea throughout the day. She complained of the world spinning whenever she lied down or turned her head down. No pain in head but is discomforting. She has got cold for last 8days. She does have migraine and sinusitis problem too. Could any of these have caused this? Is this serious?
