Neck & Shoulder blade pain
Hi I have been experiencing pain in both shoulder blades and neck for the past 2-3 days. I work in front of laptop for 6-7 hours daily. What can be the cause & potential ways to improve the condition?

U could be developing spondylosis .. which could be early .. apply some hot water compressions and take combiflam .. do gentle exercise and change ur posture frequently .. if it continues ull be prone to develop neuropathy as well ... any doubts pls connect
