I may have bitten by a rat while sleeping 2 days ago . There very small wound on my thumb.do I need to get a rabis shot.

AntiRabies vaccine will not help with rat bites .. better to observe .. take a tt dose .. leptospirosis is common .. if got fever rush to hospital immediately.. connect so that I can guide u accordingly
