2 days ago I visited a village where my 7 year old boy touched a dog by a wooden stick and later on played with that stick and eaten tophies and chocolate without washing hands, the dog also had a dried wound. Does it is a risk for rabies infection?

Rabies infection transmits via bites and exposure of rabid dog saliva to wounds.
Possibility of other stomach infections due to dirty hands maybe there. Not to worry for this also, if he complains of stomach, vomiting or loose motions within a few days then take him to a paediatrician.
As he is a child , he will explore the world through playing. Don’t restrict him, teach him the right ways. Like hand washing etc
Keep deworming up to date. Talk to his paediatrician on timing and repetition.
