Don't do any exercise while lying down. You can do many exercises while standing or sitting. You should also get your Complete Health Package done from a Multinational Laboratory and consult with a General Physician with the report.

Mostly happens as the heart rate increases or low blood glucose levels. It is also seen in people who have recently started working out or increased intensity. Nothing to worry about, unless you have heart issues, diabetes, high BP. Some measures are to be taken: Please avoid exercising within 30 mins of heavy meal. Try to give atleast 1 hour gap between meal and work out. Try to eat atleast dry fruits or banana 30 mins before workout if you are a early morning gym person. Try to gradually increase intensity over days. Check your BP and heart rate. Make sure BP is normal and heart rate is in range while working out. If heart rate crosses your maximum range it can cause issues. Please also get a test for FBS , PPBS, HbA1C test to make sure they are normal.
Next Steps
When you feel dizzy, do not worry just lay down or sit down and relax for a few mins till breathing becomes normal and then get back to lighter exercises or weights or reps. Keep glucose handy or a small chocolate bar. Take small sips of water. If you don’t feel better in a few mins, do not continue exercise. Go back rest and eat well.
