Repeat the urine analysis test and do a culture and sensitivity test.Though feropenum is a very effective antibiotic , results depends on the sensitivity of the antibiotic.
Feropenem is the most potent antibiotic. I don't know whether the choice of antibiotics was based on the culture report or the strongest possible medicine was used due to super-qualification of the Doctor. But there will be problem in choosing an antibiotic if this medicine doesn't act.
Potron mb6 is a supplementary medicine.
Neither of these is known to cause excessive urination.
In other words now you should be investigated for excessive urination.
Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation.
Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
