Does this signify hypothyroidism. Can these lead to weight gain? Do I need medication? TSH levels are 5.7 but T3 and T4 are normal!

She is having mild pain in left side of stomach just below the chest chamber. We did ultrasound also and it says "Mild Splenomegaly". But doctor told us nothing to worry. Doctor has prescribed some medicines i.e. 1. Sompraz 40 2. Sucrafil O gel Syrup 3. Sporlac-DS Pls post your opinion on this. Thank you.

I am having frequent fevers, leg pains and painful lumps around my neck mostly beside the ears both front and back. On testing, my c-reactive protein is always high. I feel fatigued and tired most of the time. Kindly let me know if I can go through any test to check what my infection type is if it is an infection. What may be the probable causes of my problems.

Hi I'm 28 F. For the past 8 months I have been eating clean and exercising at least 5 days a week. I have restricted my eating habits a lot and have controlled food intake and stopped junk food completely. But haven't seen proportionate results. I am 153 cms and 67.5 kgs currently. Came down from 75kgs to 63 in April beginning. However For the past 1.5 months my weight has been increasing inspite of continuing the same diet and exercise. Fasting glucose- 78.63 mg/dL Insulin PP- 61.95 μu/mL Insulin fasting- 1.52 μu/mL Thyroglobulin antibodies- 26.22 iu/mL I am looking for an open minded doctor who is willing to prescribe weight loss medicines(semaglutide/ozempic). Dear sir am raju i need information one day i not well that time i went hospital that time i was check bp160/90 doctor told little high bp, that time i got fear and anxiety, have bp machine same showing normal in bp morning some time 134/94 or 130/97, now daily i will check bp, i dont know why i think, now am dayli walking one hours, after come check 130/88 showing, Evening 134/94 showing, when i check bp think negetive, My question my bp nirmal or high, and destoic 94 to98 is it ok daily walking reduce
