My mom has a left hand pain from one week. No heart burns. She has thyroid issues. She is doing fasting for Ramadan. What could be reasons and any medication needed for pain relief?

I am a 26 yr old male , I have a high paying job good parents and from  well settled family.despite having all this I still feel low and sometimes think my life is unworthy and get suicidal thought.is it normal.

How long take the medicine for throat infection  azax 500, montair LC, ambrosil s syrup I took this for 5 days , but pain not gone

Yesterday i was sleeping and around 2 am i woke up with a bit increased heartbeat. I had drinks Yesterday and had acidity issue too i think. I woke up and forces my self to vomit and it was hell sour, even teeth became hard, was that waking up and having slight raised heartbeat is related to acidity etc or is it some cardiac concern? I had ecg and tmt last week and were normal

My blood pressure is normal at home, but high at doctor office due to anxiety/white coat syndrome. Doctor says bp tablet cannot be given to people who have normal bp at home, then bp will get too low. But I told him since my bp is high in medical settings, why can't he prescribe? Is he right or am I right? What would you as a doctor do under the circumstances? Please give clear answers and I can consider a consult for more guidance.

8 year child having tooth pain and gum swellling ... she has allergy to augmentine dds but still dentist gqve her amoxicillin ... can i give her taxim 100mg tablet  instead of amoxicillin?.. will taxim tablet work on  abscess gum infection.?.. please advice

Hlo dr, in 2022 december, I have done all test like cbc, tsh, lft, sugar test ...all test were normal only my haemoglobin was 8 for which I have taken iron supplements and it increases... Do i need to repeat this test as a routine checkup...plz say...as on my first day of period I am feeling dizzy...plz advice me...
