" It’s great that you’re paying close attention to your symptoms. Mild, intermittent pain on the left side of the hypochondriac region, especially if it occurs in the morning, could have various causes. While it might not indicate a serious problem, it’s always best to get it checked out to rule out any potential issues. Given that you’ve been experiencing this pain regularly, consulting a healthcare provider would be a wise step. They can perform a thorough evaluation and provide you with personalized advice and peace of mind. It’s always better to address these concerns early on. Feel free to reach out for a consultation if you have any more questions or need further guidance."

Mild left side hypochondriac pain can be diagnosed through physical examination, medical history, and diagnostic tests, and treated with medications, lifestyle changes, and stress management techniques depending on the underlying cause, such as digestive issues, muscle strain, or costochondritis, under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.

The mild pain can be due to ovulation which is the starting of menstruation. It can be due to hyperacidity also. It can be sign of gastric infection also. Kindly take steps accordingly. Take a painkiller if it's disturbing you along with an antacid.
