My Globulin is 4.0 Higher level is 3.5, I am overweight and for 2 weeks taking pan D 40 and recently started with H Pylori medicine, should I be concerned or just decrease my weight?

My nose is congested and though I am sweating also but not that hot right now I feel to wear one inner in this time and some gerd cough also please suggest

Hello sir/ Maam, Since 11 days I am having fever.. At start I also had stomach pain headache chills shivering along with fever, high weakness Now other symptoms are ok.. But fever is still coming and going 102 degree to 100 degree is the range of fever.. It starts coming from afternoon then rises in night and then again in the morning after sleeping it comes down. Unable to understand what is happening.
