Flu

I am sigh breathing continuously. How can I control and what's the reason. Please let me know. It is becoming very difficult.

From last 15-20 days I am feeling sluggish even I am felling weak also like there is no energy in my body.... I want to sleep all day. Pls suggest something why this is happening to me...sometimes I also suffer from mild pain in my lower back and legs. Note: I am a working woman.

Sir recently i had done my full body check up because i was getting blood pressure on a higher side . So in the full body check up i get to knew that i have sinus tachycardia and my xray is showing this fibrotic bands ,apart from this all other tests in the full body checkup is fine . Below i have uploaded the xray result report.

For the past 4 days I've been feeling pressure on my upper right head 5-10 mins a day, I sleep 6-8 hours a day, my BP, sugar, ECG are normal, i don't have problem doing things , but I've been taking escitalopram 20mg for the past 1 year. Is that concerning?

Hi, sir/madam I have B12 deficiency last 4 days I having pain in legs and hands pins and needles pain doctors prescribed pregabalin iam using is there lead to any side effects. This med how long need to take and this b12 deficiency gets normal value after is there curable in future. Please advise

Hello Doctor(s), I am getting a dizzy sensation (I am spinning) especially when I lie down. The feeling gets even bad when turned to right side. Turning to left side is relatively better. The sensation comes once my head is turned or I bend down. To describe the sensation, I feel like the room is tilting or spinning. I do not have this sensation when upright (walking, sitting, driving, or exercising when upright. Pls let me know what can I do.
