1. Protein Intake from Natural Food Items:
• Generally, a moderate protein intake is recommended, typically around 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. For a person weighing 66 kg, this would be approximately 52-53 grams of protein per day.
• Sources of natural protein include lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
2. Whey Protein and Kidney Health:
• While moderate protein intake from whey protein is generally safe for healthy individuals, those with kidney stones should be cautious. High protein intake can increase the risk of stone formation, particularly if the stones are calcium oxalate or uric acid stones.
• It is advisable to stay hydrated and possibly limit protein intake to the recommended dietary allowance.
Next Steps
Consult a qualified dietitian and chalk out your protein intake.
Just add 1.5 feast (mutthi)of sprouts any moog, mout , bengal gram, with onion, tomato, black salt, bhuna jira to make it tasty.
U can also use peanuts to soak one feast (mutthi) two hours.
