I am a 21 years old Male. I am trying to loose weight and increase my protein intake and I am an vegetarian so I can't eat non-vegetarian protein rich food and dry fruits (because they are high in calories). I am also trying to gain some strength by going to gym but I am not trying bulk up too much. So I want to know whether whey protein from some companies like MyProtein, GNC, MuscleBlaze are harmless or not.

liver/ heart related problems but I am overweight with 25 BMI and my body fat percentage is average, if this info helps.
