Hi! I feel very tired and sleepy throughout the day. Also my hands and feet are always cold. At night while asleep I feel cold despite wearing a sweater and sleeping. Had thyroid, cbc, kft, lft, serum cholesterol, urine, vitamin d, lipid profile, serum creatinine tests. The reports are all normal. Except vitamin d is 21 and serum ldl cholesterol is 74 which is a little low. I have had this issue for the past 2 years. Have suffered with anxiety and depression in the past. Also I lost a lot of weight in the past 2 years.

I was a tb patient it was about one year i am free of that but after tb medicine completed i never feel the way i used to felt earlier. I used to tired a alot not able to walk long, breathing issues. Low energy. Sometimes red  rahes appared on my hands and arms which comes and go. During tb tretment i detected with heart murmur as well for which echo comes normal. Hi doctor My daughter is fallen sick with infection and in blood test it is known her Hb level is 9.5 thn after a couple of days it reduced to 8.7 so they planned for blood transfusion as her eriods date is nearer Is it ok to go with blood transfusion? Kindly suggest
