Any good brand with 60k dose is fine , weekly once for max 4 months.

The composition of d rise and lumina is cholecalciferol 60000 IU. D rise belongs to usv brand and lumina belongs to sun pharma.Both are good
The usual frequency of vitamin D3 is once weekly for 5-8 weeks.
Now a days vitamin d levels is insufficient in most of the patients. As your mother 63 years she is more prone for bone weakness and problems (osteopenia and osteoporosis)
