While buying tablet rapper from a medical shop I got minute cut on my thumb by its sharp aluminium edge . Does it is a risk for Rabies infection?

Earlier my bp used to be around 125-130/80-85 but now a days since last 2 months it always been 105-118/70-80 range. This thing is making me very worried, i haven't changed anything in my lifestyle, i remain anxious though. Is it signaling some problem in heart and its pumping, pl guide.

I had taken a tetanus booster dose on wednesday evening as my scheduled vaccine on my left upper arm. After that there was some pain which subsided in the morning. But unfortunately I dashed into a steel rod lightly and from then there has been pain just beside the injection point since yesterday afternoon. I am having intense anxiety- my heart is pounding, my foot steps are shaking, head spinning, nausea, left arm pain- all started when i got informed today morning that my remote work from home job is now suspended because the client lost his website I have some issues and I believe that I won't be able to find a job elsewhere. Due to this, I'm having severe anxiety attack of thinking about my future. This is my BP and heart rate right now . Can I die from intense stress?
