Before coming to a conclusion history provided by you is incomplete ..the question is to know why actually your are taking multivitamin... Was it prescribed by a doctor? Constipation can be because of many reasons such as:- 1. Stess 2. Not drinking enough water. 3. Not including fiber rich food in your diet like cucumber. 4. Irregular sleep schedule. Etc Yes tablets do cause constipation but tht cnt be the only cause in your case tht all can be told with this minimum history.
