Zincovit is itself a multi vitamin formulation. Normally you can go foe such medicines when you feel little lethargic/generalized weakness or when you are not eating well/ after a short period of fever/illness to fegain immjnity faster. Otherwise also, you can take such medicines for 7 to 10 days.
