I have been advised to take Bevon capsule by doctor for three months. Is this safe? Am 37 year old female. Of late hearing such things that taking multivitamin can increase cancer risk. Is it true?

No harm in taking multivitamins as our diet lacks adequate quantity of essential vitamins
If lab tested and need to take for 3 months then only take otherwise taking it for a month or so is more than enough
