I have been experiencing a slight burning sensation after bowel movements for the past two weeks in anus. Last month, I attended a wedding ceremony in my village, where I consumed spicy food, samosas, and other snacks. Following this, I began having frequent bowel movements accompanied by a burning sensation in the anus. I consulted a doctor who prescribed Norflox TZ (twice a day for 5 days), Pantocid, VSL#3, and Ridol for 5 days. After taking the medicine everything returned to normal  .After some time, I started eating in the office cafeteria and began feeling a burning sensation in my anus again. The doctor provided Anovet cream. I am involved in bodybuilding and take whey protein. Currently, I experience a burning sensation in my anus after passing stool, sometimes observe mucus, and have occasional cramps. I am also taking Liv 52 and following a protein-rich diet.

I got my iron studies and CBC done for extreme hairfall My tibc level is 230.71 and iron and transferrin are within the specified limit. On the other hand in my CBC tests, my haemoglobin is 13.42. , erythrocytes are 3.90 , mch value is 33.8 and lymphocytes 42 Rest of the parameters are fine. One of the.dr has advised me to take iron booster for a month as I feel dizzy and  slightly weak to walk . Plz help me as to how to.go about it
