Johns hospital for 3 doctors can't diagnose and discharge Abnormal:- Last 5 test WBC- 2000 then after 4 days 3400 then 3000 yesterday it was 2500 Haemoglobin 11-11.4 RBC count 3.3-3.8 Packed Cell volume 32-34 High fever since 25 days, with back and body pain Body weight is same but loss of muscle Shortness of breath since 5 days

Right foot has been amazing amputation because  of RTA and dizziness is happening after the ampution from last two days Ampution happened on 16th March, Dizziness started from two days

How does Blood bank work? Can Blood bank provide affected blood or there are any technology to check virus in blood after donate.

Having fever since 25 days, tested all dengue, typhoid, malaria all are negative Done blood culture , LFT, urine test Everything is normal But body pain and fever are getting worse day by day. No other symptoms.

Gp gave me melatonin 5 mg i can't sleep without it the sleep comes late during day rymtm disturbs without it with it proper 10-6pm no history of anxiety also doesn't come in night my question how much safe is melatonin as sleeping pill in long run I don't overdose or self medicate or else Eairlear i had to consume clonazpeam 0.5 mg  for proper timing of sleep in perfect time heard it's not good so switched to it as my age is 25 years how to leave all drug and how safe is clonazpeam in long run? Like I consume 1-2 months then I leave for 1 months then again consume it's my consuming history of melatonin 5 mg how safe it is ?

Shelcal xt Calcium double dose in a day  ( by accidentally) is harmful? What should I do now? Skip for 1 day? Or need to check up?

I am having so much of sweat and burning/itching sensation in left armpit... i feel a pea sized boil/lump as well, it feels swollen and pains when pressed... It even pains my hands are pressed with my chest... pls see the attached photo
