I am taking treatment of vitamin b12 and d3 as I am having deficiency but , why my skin is getting yellowish ?? And after treatment only this is happening what should I do

I am super anxious about these symptoms, these are my MRI which is normal, my symptoms are there is a dent in one leg near my ankle, the doctor suggests atrophy, slight speech problem, hyperreflexia 3+ on the same left leg. The other leg has 2+, pits on one thumb nail, sometimes feels like a memory problem and sometimes the memory is good, are these are the sign of MND?

Hi doctors, Few days before I got fever and body pain and I got recovered after 2 days. But I'm feeling like excessive salaiva is produced in my mouth and I'm keep on swallowing them.. even while talking I'm doing it as like a habit now.. is is due to recent fever/infection and will it be automatically resolved soon? Kindly guide me how to fix it  as it affects my mental help as I'm always stressing myself and swallowing the salaiva. Thank you!

Hi 30f.Since more than 2 months I have been overthinking and anxiety as I got hyperthyroid and liver issues thinking and go ogling about those day and night since more than 3 months. Since 2 weeks I am getting left hand and chest pain. I am worried as this much stress I will be getting heart attack. What to do. I am very much fearful will I get heart attack how to control my overthinkimg and anxiety. Chest pain on and off left hand pain on and off. I've had a history of vertigo and sinus issues for the past 1 year.
