If someone taken full IM course of ARV completed  on 22 nov 2023 and again taken three booster after three month of previous one for suspected rabies exposure. Now if re  exposure happen (after 42days from booster) how many vaccine should he take?

I go to the doctor few days ago then he prescribed me calcium vitm d supplement i am taking from last 6 days but my legs muscles is not going rid Every day i was putting my legs in sunlight. But evening. Time i am feeling. Good so wt to do how much time it will take I am taking DECAL VIT calcium 1000mg Magnesium 100 mg Vitamin D3 200 IU Picture below of supplement and x ray of knee I this vitamin d is not sufficient less Should i take alone only vitamin d3 and how much alone

My heart rate is 112 and having palpitations ecg is normal doctor told to take alprazolam tab but still I am not able to sleep nor is heart rate decreasing... can I take metexyl 12.5 mg for tachycardia right now ...it was prescribed by a cardiologist previously
