Pain in full body when lie down or move
I'm experiencing pain in my full body when lying in bed or lifting from bed, the pain then goes off when I remain idle in one position. I have been experiencing this pain for the last 2 months. I had a stroke in 2015, left with impaired mobility, completely dependent on others

It may be due to d3 deficiency or fibromyalgia.. 1)tab gabaneuron nt..half tablet once daily at bed time for 15 days. 2) tab calcium+ d3..1 tablet once daily at bed time for 1 month.           It is advisable to do regular physical activity such as walking for 45 minutes and do check the TSH level.
