Respected doctors, i feel skipped beats since last 2-3 days. They come and go. But whenever i feel thm i become very frightened as if it will cause cardiac arrest or heart attack. I have some gastric issue also since last somedays. I am following a healthy life style, goes to gym take good healthy and protein rich diet. But these things make me very anxious and feared.
All cardiac test have came normal with God's grace till now but i am living with fear.
Echo and tmt are done 2 times in last one year. 24 hr holter was also done in may 2024.
