Based on the symptoms described and the ECG report you’ve provided, it seems like the palpitations might be linked to anxiety or benign causes like premature heartbeats, which are usually harmless. However, it's essential to rule out any underlying issues like arrhythmias or other heart conditions. Lifestyle factors such as stress, caffeine, or lack of sleep can also trigger these episodes. Since I cannot interpret the report in detail without a more thorough evaluation, I recommend scheduling a detailed consultation with me. You can reach me for better evaluation and treatment by WhatsApp at eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-three-three-two.

Ecg shows sinus tachycardia which is increased heart beat with normal rhythm There can be multiple cause for such incidence including anxiety stress insomnia etc. Primarily i would suggest to get a 2D ECHO done. This test is like the ultrasound of your heart which will evaluate any abnormality.
