Having palpitations
I am having palpitations in between since one day, kindly suggest a remedy. Is it due to gastric or what.

Palpitations can be because you are over stressed or not getting enough sleep at night.. avoid all tensions and just relax, drink plenty of fluids too.. then check your heart rate using a oximeter..
