A one sided headache should be evaluated further. The medicines you are taking currently are not meant for headache alone. Kindly take these tablet if only prescribed by a physician and only for the prescribed duration as they may have long term effects. Consult a physician in your town for further management. Consult an ophthalmologist as well to rule out any refractive error.
