Physical consultation is required to asses the grade and severity of haemorrhoids. Kindly practice doin sitz bath ( sitting in mild hot water with some salt put in it ) to reduce the pain and inflammation and eat fiber rich foods

Physical examination is always more preferable. However, if you're not in a position to do so, you can video consult.

As Haemorrhoids is a condition which needs examination by General surgeon, it’s best possible in my opinion to consult in person from general surgeon. If you are already on treatment by a surgeon, further follow up ,pain management and diet changes can be consulted via video call.

Visit surgeon OPD , video consultation will not help. Surgeon May like to do some examination like PR exam. Mean while you can start taking Sitz bath, meaning put your buttocks in warm water for 20 minutes and apply Anusol ointment near rectum .

Better to go directly to genral surgeon.   Depends on choice Diet plan must be corrected. Hard stool usually seen. So add plenty of water n liquid. Salad, butter milk, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, high fibrous diet like oat to consume. Locally apply oxyurate ointment with index finger on butthole than gently push inside the anus n rotate the finger with ointment to cover anal mucosa two times a day for two weeks at least for complete recovery. ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three to five days. Oz tab two times a day after food for five days.
