Little spot inside mouth cheek
From today morning I am noticing two little spot inside my cheek muscle and I don't remember I bite it with food or not what is tha cause it is not serious naa please tell I am attaching the image of it my age is 22 male. And please suggest something to make this spot right some medicine aur steps.

It’s just an ulcer( which is a wound like you get on any part of body) it is due to accidental biting of inside of your cheek (buccal mucosa) as it is small it will heal faster .
