Helo Doctor My mother takes Exermet 500 sustained release (Generic)twice daily but now the tablet has stopped and a new make of exermet 500 prolonged release available with same composition My query is this new exermet 500 prolonged is same as exermet 500 sustained and should my mother replace this new tablet and take twice daily as earlier Thank you Anshuman j.c

Not able to sit and stand normally as we do it takes time to sit and stand with pain in knee. As a diabetic patient worries to give any extra medicine for knee as she is already taking geminor MP and megagliptin tab daily as prescribed by Dr. Is there any medicine to give her along with these which she is taking to avoid any side effects. Diabetic reports are normal. Pls suggest some medicine to treat knee pain

My A1c came out to be 6.5. Random blood sugar 87 and abg 129. Fasting sugar always btw 85-89. I have been on ginette 35 for quite some time for PCOS.I have changed my lifestyle and diet since then but I am really stressed. I consulted several doctors and they all are saying that I am not prediab or diabetic.It is due to stress induced hyperglycemia.My family has history of diabetes though.Is it possible?

Haemoglobin get lowered to 6.4 and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone increased upto 8.69. symptoms are severe weakness.

Sir, which medicine is good for diabetes in initial stage. My age is38. Fasting blood sugar is 130,pp is 170 and hb1ac is 6.2.

Hi good evng I'm suffering with diabetes type 2 since 9 years. Im on medication from that time. Now im taking insugen 30/70 100iu twice a day with 30 units and im dng regular exercises atlst 45min. Like walking and jogging. But still my FBS is 280 and ppbs is 390. What can I do with this.

Under medication from So many days. Exercise regularly with atlst 30 min brisk walk including jog. Still my fasting levels r 280. What should I do. Mostly sugar levels down in the NYT. Sweating and sudden weakness.

HBA1C IS 6.4% MEAN PLASMA GLUCOSE. 136.98mg/dl BLOOD SUGAR( FASTING)-113mg/dl BLOOD SUGAR ( 2_HR. AFTER MEAL PLUS DRUGS). 120mg/dl The ECG &  urine test report is attached. 20 days before we come to know that she is diabetes that time random sugar is 253 and bp184/106 mm  & pulse is 112. Is sugarfree is safe to use ? What is the best drink for her to drink first in the morning, Some time she takes fresh homegrown wheatgrass juice, and some time giloy juice, should she continue or stop?.
