Palpitations and syncope
My brother has debilitating palpitations and syncope when lying down. His chest CT shows a "hypodense nodule" and a mildly enlarged right thyroid. Can that be the reason for the above mentioned symptoms ? Is it possible that the nodule is not responsible for the apparent hyperthyroidism ?

Check Your thyroid function like TSH, Total T4, Total T3... yes it may be likely cause... if TSH low and Total T4 is high.... kindly plan for technitium scan just to rule out Toxic nodular goiter tretament plan itself changes
