My fbs 131...ppbs 167 in glucometer... Last month I did In lab my fbs was 109 and my hba1c was 5.2.... Am I diabitic Or what to do now

Blood sugar level always 108 or 110 in fasting From 1 week Doubt thing is my brother age 24 also check his blood sugar fasting also have 110 I dont understand what happened to me I daily doing 12k running in 30 mints Plus daily 1.5 hour cardio workout Also follow health diet plan No past health problems

I having suffering from hypothyroidism from last 3 year and infertility I was taking levothyroxine 50mcg daily but recently I have been feeling low energy, had weight gain hair fall thinning and periods become short and less bleeding than previous gyene dr advice to reduce the dose to 50 mcg but new report is also low tsh level plz see my report what I can do further is this something very problematic plz advice

Recently iam check my sugar values that is 1.Hba1c 5.6 2.Exactly 2 hrs of post prandial afternoon meals      134 (Morning breakfast,2 coffees,1T,Meals) 3.RBS 84 at evening. This is normal or not? Again how often check my sugar levels. Pls suggest. Regards.
