How she can control sugar and high bp?
She is taking medication but she always feels exhausted, suffer nerves pain in both legs , previously she also has chest pain but after taking medication now relief from it but not from nerves pain .please suggest to improve her condition.
Should she eat channa dal, sprouts and milk tea without sugar once in a day?

Insulin or C Peptide Test
My father was recently asked to go for C-Peptide FASTING test to diagnose Type 1/2 Diabetes.
But on the lab's website, both insulin and C- Peptide FASTING tests are available.
Can we go directly for the Insulin FASTING test as C-Peptide test is an indirect marker/test for insulin only ?
How both the tests differ with each other?
