Normal FBS and PP, High HbA1C
Hello sir.. Recently I got my dad's blood tests done as general prevention. His HbA1C came 6.7 and tht made us little worried. He then started having Karela Jamun Juice in the morning empty stomach and continued for one month. Again he got his blood test done and this time HbA1C came 6.5 and FBS is 100 and PP is 104 (After one month of precautions and karela jamun) Now please advise me how to go ahead. Should he start some medication to control HbA1C further?? It all is very confusion as his Fasting Sugar and PP are quite normal but HbA1C comes high.. Any suggestion would be much appreciated sir... Regards
