Hb1ac -6 , fasting normal , pp normal hb
I am 40 year old. Recently i had blood test in which my iron(43) , hb ( 11)and percentage transfeerin saturation -11 , fasting is 93,. In 2024 i had done fasting and pp , values were -96 fasting , pp 89 . I dont want to start medicines . What should i do ?? Hb1ac -6 . Please suggest .
