Tsh 2.25.please help me with medication
I my test 2dat back.My tsh is 2.25 now and last month it was 0.25. weight 78kg,height5.7cm .26year old. I was taking 112mg tablet everyday and half tablet on Sunday . I'm trying it for 1month. Earlier 6months it was112mg.which medication should I take now.because I feel in this lockdown I have gained weight.

Is it possible for a hypodense nodule on an enlarged thyroid lobe to not be toxic even when there are clear symptoms of hyperthyroidism? If it is toxic, will the gland have to be destroyed or removed ?

I have slightly high TSH level (8.4) and very high Triglycerides around 470, Are high Triglycerides associated with hypothyroidism? If yes do I need treatment of one and other will get normal.

Palpitations and syncope
My brother has debilitating palpitations and syncope when lying down. His chest CT shows a "hypodense nodule" and a mildly enlarged right thyroid. Can that be the reason for the above mentioned symptoms ? Is it possible that the nodule is not responsible for the apparent hyperthyroidism

Skin allergy causing rashes, Diabetic
