Hi Doctor, I have a bilateral ingrown toe nail in both the toes from last 2 weeks. But I'm experiencing severe pain right now. Can this be possible due to this or It's due to some other issue. I haven taken zerodol -SP one hour ago but still no control over it. Please help

I have Thyroid since 11 years but recently it's fluctuating .I got it done today and it's 5.36. I am taking thyronorm 100 MCG daily. Also my Eosinophil level is 10.9%. I feel cramps  in my legs and feverish but have no fever. I have little throat pain and sometimes  mild pain in both ear.Also I have allergy with pollens because of which I sneeze a lot.i am taking normaxin for My IBS.

My fasting (10 hours fasting) blood sugar is 73 and my pp blood sugar ( 2 hours after the meal) is 83. Is it very Low?? What is the ideal range of blood sugar? At the mid of night I used to feel hungry and many times in a day even after an hour of lunch I feel hungry.

I have query here. I have seen drugs with sr,pr or er. What is the difference between these sustain release , prolonged release and extended release. Will there be any difference in drug release. Can we change the drug with same dosage with er or sr? Will it effect body's reaction if release changes irrespective of no change in active ingredient.
