Hypothyroidism and Triglycerides
I have slightly high TSH level (8.4) and very high Triglycerides around 470,  Are high Triglycerides associated with hypothyroidism? If yes do I need treatment of one and other will get normal. Is there a permanent cure to hypothyroidism?

Yes, there is a evidence based data that increases triglycerides with increased TSH but more oftennit increases LDL, your LDL is normal Try to reduce strachy , fruity contents... and better taking fenofibrate to reduce triglycerides... Repeat TSH, and Anti TPO Ab after 3.months
