Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have few painful reactive lymph nodes in the neck region from over a month. They pain slightly and I have no infection. I saw an Ent and did USG of neck thrice. The USG's shows all are subcentimeter with intact helium just reactive lymph nodes and no increase in size. I had a boil behind my ear a month and half ago. But that has healed. My concern is I get fever sometimes and pain in hands and legs. Off lately also getting little numbness in fingers. The lymph nodes are slightly painful. My Vit D is insufficient for which I'm taking D3 tabs. Also B9 is at 315 lower side for which I'm taking folic tabs. I'm just worried that the nodes are still reactive even after a month and hopefully are not indicative of something chronic like cancer. Could any one please advise should I be concerned or what should be my next steps ?

Around one month I have a gland under ear with light pain ,I took some antibiotics but improve little.and same side of (right)hand in pain . Doctor gave me antibiotics and pain killer.but I want to know the reason.i am worry.

Recently i visited to an ent specialist for checkup and he diagnosis that there is thick cough in middle ear. My enthusisatic tube is working correctly as when i do valsalva maneuver air touches the eardrum . Doctor gave me livocitrizen and ambroxol. Would it be help me to remove the fluid from ear. Is my problem cure with this medicine...suggest some measure. My eardrum is pushed to inward and touches with fluid and i feel ear clogged. how i would correct them.. please suggest some. Measures

Can I take anti-histamine along with Combiflam. I have severe cold and mild throat congestion. I took Combiflam yesterday morning and night. I also ate one today. Please advise if antihistamines can be taken together? Thanks

My throat is too much sensitive that If I eat lil bit of curd or eat Orange it suddenly starts creating problem for my throat. I use to do gargles too. But do not know whether I need to leave sour things completely or shoulygo for more tests.

I hear some noise always in my right ear There is a pain corner of the jaw line which is under the ear This year almost 24/7 i closed my ears with cotton Over the year there was skin growth, after each visit it is reduced and then after a month again regrowth ENT doctor usually clean my ear then keeps some ointment in cotton and he insert it in my ear I have visited him 8 times in this year itself. No improvement. (Attachment is captured on May 2021.) Is this how treatment will be or something has to be rectified? Can i continue my treatment with same doctor?

Iam writing this behalf of my father he chews tobacco almost all day he doesn't like to quit and don't want to consult doctor, can anyone prescribe any medicine which I can give without his notice. If anyone has a way please suggest, thankyou.
