Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From past 2 months I am experiencing dizziness in eyes little swaying problem when standing I recently done my mri and it was normal and I went to ent doctor and he performed Vng test and it was positive and he gave me b12 and thamine injections why he given me this injections I am attaching my report here

I've mouth ulcer near the jaw intersection above wisdom tooth area. It is giving me immense ear pain and toothache. How long will it take to cure and what might be the reason?

Hello, since last 5 days water comes in my left nostril and left eye causing headache on left side.  For 3 days now I also feel bad smell from inside my left nostril. When I take painkiller or paracetamol tablet it is fine but after 8/10 hours this problem starts again. I haven't had cold or fever and haven't had any accidents. Please tell what is the problem.
