Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My son who is 16 has a perpetually blocked nose which makes it very difficult for him to breathe. I usex otrivin but dont want to make it a habit. I give him steam but doesnt really help. Can i use a nasal spray which would give relief and cure this thing. Pls advise

Three days back i experienced pain in throat but next day pain was not there but I was feeling some foreign stucking in the throat. I think my epiglottis is irritating.

I have tried all the medicines even sucralfate oxetacaine syrup I have history of the reflux of the food particles at throat Lot of burping after meals i am suffering from left side pain while swallowing pain is extreme and tingling sensation radiates to the neck i am frightened about malignancy bcuse i have smoking history now i abstinate all the things but pain wont go away Previous ent expert say its pharyngitis but why it dont go away plz help me Pain Just releived after exercise plz

I had mild fever and throat dryness, itching and no other symptoms . I have isolated myself Rapid test came negative and RTPCR is scheduled for tomorrow. I don't have fever now but itching in throat and mild pain is irritating, what medicine I should take .
