Inside ear not in deep inside 2 little pimple like bumps..from 2 to 3 months.. no pain...color is white..one seems like there is something inside the bump... this is in the right ear.. and in left ear she hears less and sho sho sound comes from ear.. but in this ear also one tiny bump like has been seen...

In 2014, I got my deviated Septum operated and I am always having mucous issues like my nose is blocked or coming out from back of my throat.. But even after getting my septum done my vocie where an 'n' sound like a 'l', couldn't change and I know that it is not my real vocie because I can hear it.. whenever I speak I can hear my original vocie but people hear different..

What medicine should I take with coldarin all for sore throat and other cold symptoms or should I take any other combination

I have severe cough and cold for the past three days. Doctor prescribed antibiotics, antihistamines, paracetamol and cough syrup. Throat pain subsided a bit but cough and cold persists. Can I use Azeflo nasal spray. If so how many times in a day? Thanks
