Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My esr value is 20 and i have a pressure on my forehead and nose due this pressure I am experiencing slightly dizziness is this chronic sinus problem

Last two months I have white spot in small circle form   (patch) on my tongue ,I don't know what is this , plz help me what is this , which doctor I should consult

My ESR valuse are 20mm is and I am having sinus problem is there any problem and give me some suggestions

I have some white spot on my tonsils for last 6 to seven months no pain nothing only white spots...2monts ago it was all gone when i used to gargle in warm salt water but it came back again...i am very confused...is it anything serious...

Besides pure tone audiometry, did a CT of Brain due to dizziness,ringing in ears, ear clogging, nose block and blurred vision Observations are: NO INTRA CRANIAL ABNORMALITY POLYPOIDAL SOFT TISSUE LESION IN LEFT MAXILLARY ANTRUM, WIDENING THE INFUNDIBULUM AND EXTENDING IN TO THE LEFT MIDDLE MEATUS-POSSIBLE ANTRO NASAL POLYP POLYPOIDAL MUCOSAL THICKENING NOTED IN BILATERAL MAXILLARY AND SPHENOID SINUSES. MUCOSAL THICKENING ALSO NOTED IN THE BILATERAL ETHMOIDAL AND FRONTAL RECESS- POSSIBLY CHRONIC SINUSITIS. Currently having nasal discharge. Do I need an ENT consultation based on this report.

I have been experiencing blocked since 4-5 months. Since past 2-3 weeks, I feel that my ears are blocked and also feel imbalance. I had been to an ENT doctor. Currently under medication. He has prescribed Rzine Tablet and A Nasal Spray, by name Fluvent. What would be the reason for the dizziness?

I had much cold so I closed the nostrils and took in the air so I thought it may help me to breathe properly. But I heard a sound in my right ear like Something open... From that time it's pains and hissing sound comes in my right ear. My mom had put some oil with garlic heated but was of no use. It's more than 13 hours the sound is heard and when I open my mouth it pains... Can some one help me out... Thanks

Yesterday night I was taking Nervme-od(nervic-od), b12 medicine as there's a deficiency of vitamin d3 and b12 in my body. It's a capsule form. After then, I feel like I have pill stuck in my throat, or like I m choking or my throat is tight. Because of this, today sometimes i find it difficult breathing or having short breathing. Something heaviness in throat, like stuck something. plz advise. ( No cough/No fever). I am able to speak and eat properly. Even after taking pill yesterday, i was able to sleep properly as well.
