Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi There is a little bump on extreme side of right throat and it gives pain while swallowing saliva and also pain in ears.

I am sneezing badly since last night and my tonsills are paining. No fever no body ache. Having mild headache. Please suggest.

I had ear wax..which i pushed inside using my little finger...later on i used soliwax drops to soften the wax and removed some amount of wax from both the ears... still i felt my ears are full...but i was able to listen 80 to 90 percent... yesterday night i had put the drops again in one of the ears and since then my ear is completely blocked...unable to hear anything...im having feel of full ear ...its like my ear is filled with water... so the wax became soft and got stuck inside the ear ?

Two tests were recommended, we took them and they didn't give us any treatment or resolution. Do we not have any solution to the problem? I have attached the reports in the attachment.

I have lie bumps on my tongue for the past 2months it doesn't cause much irritation. After taking blood test I found my TSH level is 15 and my vitamin b12 is 180 pg/ml. So if I take tablets for thyroid and vitamin will resolve lie bumps or should I do something else?

I am having runny nose from atleast 10 days with little throat discomfort with sneezes occasionally. Took some general measures like steam inhalation.

Hi, I have sebaceous cyst as indicated in my CT scan scan reports. Also multiple discrete lymph nodes were spotted in neck. Mucosal polyp spotted in left maxillary sinus. My 2nd dose of vaccine is scheduled for today. Should I take vaccine first or go for cyst surgery ? Kindly advice sequence of events. Thanks.

Attached is the xray report. Swelling on nose and there is pain when nose is touched or pressed. It is 1cm behind the nasal tip.

I am having surrounding spinning or myself rotating like sensation from past 15 days my gynaecologist said it's due to vertigo and it will go on its own so  can I do epley maneuver on my own to recover fast

Last night while coughing i think the lozenge went down my trachea and not oesophagus... But i did not cough or choke ..i had no difficulty in breathing... After 5 mins my abdomen had a little pain which went away after taking an antacid and i slept fine too but still want to ask should i consult a doctor?
