Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Why have I tested positive again even after 14 days. I don't have any symptoms at present. I'm doing please help

Sir/Ma'am, I have very very severe mouth ulcers and now there is a huge bump on my tongue as well that's extremely painful and I cant eat anything except water. The doctor I consulted with told me to stick to my creame and forte b tablet but the ulcers are increasing everyday. (5 days back it started with fever? Yesterday the fever went (I took antibiotics and I haven't yet finished course) but the ulcers are just getting worse) I have avoided going to ent doctor as I am scared of surgery. Can this be cured without surgery? And should I consult ent specialist or dentist for this? (attached image marking the sores and hump on tongue)

I experience painless lump like feeling on one side(left) of the throat only when I'm lying on bed with my head tilted to right. It's been years I've been experiencing that. I tried to physically examine for lump and I think there's something unusual (not sure). Is it something I should worry about? What can it be..?

Hi sir I have no habit of smoking or chewing any bad But still white patches on mouth are not going And these patches are both sides of the mouth and under the last teeth . Here in my hometown i already contacted ENT doctor and he gave lyto vitamin tablets and anti biotics for 5 days but still not cured . Please give any prescription or share any solution for this . I am getting scared while it is cancer or what Thanks Dileep

I get these red sores as indicated in the photo. Also whitish sores between the cheek and teeth. Similar sores is found at all the four corners. They occur on a regular basis. What are these sores called? What is the underlying cause? What are the further actions to be taken? Any light on the issue will be helpful. Thank you.
