Hi Sir/Madam, Im 33 year old and having fever with body pain from yesterday. This all started with simple cold which i got it from drinking eno with different water source. From there runny nose, head ache and now fever 100.1f and body pain. Can someone suggest me the medicine Will be very thankful for your help

My mother always suffers from runny nose and nasal allergies. Doctor had prescribed her with Allegra-M ( Fexofenadine+ Montelukast) with Acebrophylline and also with Montair LC ( Montelukast + Levoceterazine) but nothing seems to work after an year or two. Is there any better medicine than the above two which can effectively deal with runny nose and nasal allergies?

My mother suddenly lost her hearing in left ear the day she infected with covid-19. Its been 9 days and she is facing severe vertigo, numbness , tinnitus in left ear. Taken antibiotics, solvin-cold, vertini, tinnex, currently on medrol. But no effect. Taken audiometry test. 30% sound is present. Pls suggest if hearing aids helps in improving the situation. She is bed ridden as of now.

I have a white spot on my right tonsil for nearly 8 months...1week ago i gargel with salt water for a few days and the white spot completely gone but from last two days i am seeing it coming back slightly...very light pain during food sawolling its very rare pain sometimes feeling and sometimes no pain...i am attaching two photograph of my tonsils.

There is a cut inside my father's mouth near lower teeth which is increasing continuously. 2 year back my father had infection in mouth so he went to jaipur where he was treated by bmchrc's doctor by lazer surgery. I have continued ringing in one or both(at times) ear. Consulted ENT specialist twice, he said nothing to worry. He asked if I had cold recently, I had heavy cold and cough in November. His suspicion that it is an aftermath. Was given Allegra for a week and ear drops to clear out build up wax, if any. No relief from ringing noise. Went for a follow up, informed that I have sinusitis and that because of cold weather have been waking up with nasal congestion daily. He took a hearing test, readings normal. He gave a course of antibiotics and nasal decongestant for a week, still no diff. I still feel the ears are blocked, with left been more blocked than the right ear and continued. Please advise on why this could be happening and if it is something serious or to be worried about.
