  4. Cyst or polyps. Are these cancerous?

My wife had dizziness and left hand chest pain. She went to ER and get her angiogram and Brain MRI done and it was all clear. But incidentally brain MRI showed polyp. Are these cancerous? My wife has been suffering from rhinitis.
